How Your Attitude Controls Your New Mortgage Client Flow

Ever flipped on the porch light, lit up the darkness, and instantly attracted a swarm of bugs? Well, it may not be the best analogy in the world, but flip on the `light` of a truly positive, sincere enthusiastic philosophically committed attitude and a swarm of new clients will not be far behind.

I`ve seen mortgage professionals fail, succeed, struggle, thrive, suddenly go from literal poverty to more money flowing in than they know what to do with, and go from prosperity to being broke overnight too.  And THE determinate factor in their circumstances has NEVER or rarely been their competence, location, competition, etc. - it has ALWAYS been their attitudes. Thinking. Feeling. Beliefs.

No one likes this answer. They hope there is some little `secret,` a `trick,` a `magic ad,` some `thing` they can do to instantly transform their mortgage business and their bank account. But no such thing exists anywhere but between their own ears and in their own hearts.
